At 18H55 Sunday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N2 Umzumbe on the KZN South Coast.
Reports from the scene indicate that a SUV struck a cow in the fast lane killing the cow instantly.
Medics assessed the occupants of the severely damaged vehicle and found that no one had sustained any injuries.
The patients however declined ambulance transportation to hospital.

Former DA leader Tony Leon is among those calling for the SA Human Rights Commission to act against the EFF leader. Growing outrage has followed a pinned tweet from Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema, which consists of a slide show of quotes from founding Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe, including one which reads: “The only white man you can trust is a dead white man”.
