The National Institute of Communicable Diseases (NICD) reported 7,086 new COVID-19 cases in South Africa.
It has also reported 431 new COVID-19 related deaths. KwaZulu-Natal has, once again, reported the most cases, followed by the Eastern Cape.
#COVID19 UPDATE: A total of 49,168 tests were conducted in the last 24 hrs, with 7,086 new cases, which represents a 14.4% positivity rate.
