Gift of the Givers is petitioning the International Criminal Court to charge Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, with war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and ethnic cleansing.
The aid organisation is engaging with a team of 300 legal experts worldwide. It says 100 family members of the Gift of the Givers team, have been murdered. The most recent being Ayia Jaber’s mother, stepfather and other family members. They were killed between Wednesday and Thursday.
A few days ago, she gave a personal account of the murder of fifty of her family members, since the war started in October. Gift of the Givers says these deaths will be added to the charge sheet.
