Messages of support are streaming in following the discovery of two bodies believed to be the remains of missing journalist Aserie Ndlovu and his partner Zodwa Mdhluli.
While police are yet to confirm the identities of two bodies discovered in a veld near Mpumalanga on Thursday, several media forums have committed to supporting the couple’s families.

An extensive search has been underway for the pair since February after they were last seen at Ndhlovu’s place of work in Mamelodi, east of Pretoria.
To date, five suspects linked to the matter have been arrested, and two have appeared in court on charges of kidnapping.
Acting chairperson of the National Press Club, Antoinette Slabert, has shared what the body knows about the case thus far.
“The couple’s remains were discovered on Thursday morning at an advanced stage of decomposition. The forensic team have positively identified the remains and confirmed that Ndlovu and Ndluli were murdered and dumped in a field in the KwaMhlanga area.”
