Cops deployed to WSU’s Mthatha campus as students protest murder-accused residence manager being granted bail! Police have been deployed to the Mthatha campus of the Walter Sisulu University (WSU) on Wednesday morning.
This is where students have embarked on demonstrations over bail being granted to a residence manager accused of murder.

Manelisi Mampane was arrested following the fatal shooting of student Sisonke Mbolekwa during a protest in April.
The fifty-four-year-old is facing charges of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
On Tuesday, he was released on R10,000 bail, leading to anger amongst the student population.
