MK Party reshuffles caucus and excludes Floyd Shivambu! The uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party has confirmed a reshuffle in its parliamentary caucus, introducing nine new members who will officially be sworn in on Wednesday.

Floyd Shivambu Left Out
Despite previous announcements that former MK Party secretary general Floyd Shivambu would be heading to Parliament, the final list does not include him.
Shivambu was removed from his position earlier this year after visiting fugitive Pastor Shepherd Bushiri in Malawi, which led to internal party tensions.
New Faces, Political Experience
Among the new MPs is Khanyisile Litchfield, a seasoned politician who previously served with the ANC, EFF, and later as deputy president of the UDM. Another notable addition is Noma Buthelezi, who was the MK Party Youth League spokesperson in KwaZulu-Natal.
The full list of new members includes:
Lungisani Graduate Shangase
Jeffrey Bhekumndeni Mtolo
Zibuse Cele
Siphetho Mkhize
Philisande Mkhize
Gift Motaung
Ntandoyenkosi Shezi
Party Distances Itself from Shivambu’s Remarks
The MK Party has publicly distanced itself from Shivambu’s recent press conference, in which he criticised the party and commented on national issues. Though he hinted at forming a new political party, Shivambu claimed he remains a member of the MK Party — for now.
