Joburg Water is reminding residents across the city to prepare for planned maintenance work next week.
The operation is set to begin on Monday and is set to conclude on Wednesday.

It will include major maintenance at its bulk water suppliers, including the Eikenhof and Zwartkojes systems.
The utility has assured that both roaming and stationary water tankers will be made available to affected areas.
Spokesperson Nombuso Shabalala said: “The following Johannesburg water systems will be affected – Hurst Hill, Brixton, Crosby, Randburg, Roodepoort, Soweto, Crown Gardens, Aeroton, Eagles Nest, Forest Hill, Naturena, Berea, Parktown and the Hector Norris pump station. Residents may experience poor pressure to no water for the duration of the maintenance.”
