Residents in KZN advised to use heating devices with caution! KwaZulu-Natal’s cooperative governance and traditional affairs department is urging the public to exercise caution when using heating devices this weekend, as a cold front grips the country.
The warning comes after a fire tore through Kennedy Road informal settlement in Durban, killing a mother and child and destroying more than 100 homes.
