Several people have gone to the CCMA claiming they have been discriminated against for not being vaccinated for COVID-19.

Some say they were unfairly dismissed. Cameron Morajane, director of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration, says there is a number of things employers must take into consideration.
