Sello Uoane and Thato Madisha were the latest suspects to be charged in connection with the kidnapping, while six others remain in police custody.

Ndlovu and Mdhluli went missing in February in KwaMhlanga in Mpumalanga.

Press club spokesperson, Elijah Mhlanga, said that despite the court postponements, police continued to make breakthroughs in the matter.

“The case is not dragging. In fact, there’s a lot of progress, if you look at the arrests that have been made. Almost every second day or so, there’s arrests that are made and the suspects have to come to court. We also understand that the police have a lot of work to do, and they are doing that work. The team is updating us all the time.”
