Plan in place to rescue elephant seal in Gordon’s Bay! The Cape of Good Hope SPCA said that a plan was in effect to rescue a massive elephant seal that made its way into a residential area in Gordon’s Bay overnight.
The animal has attracted the attention of residents and motorists.
One of the videos doing the rounds showed the sea mammal lift its head onto the bonnet of a blue light vehicle, seemingly posing for pictures and videos, being taken by awestruck onlookers.
