Jayden-Lee Meek’s mom set to return to court for bail application! The mother of slain 11-year-old Jayden Lee Meek is set to return to the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court for the continuation of her bail application.
Tiffany Nicole Meek was charged with her son’s murder after his body was discovered outside of the family’s apartment in Fleurhof in May.
Although he was spotted by complex security at the gate returning home from school, Meek later reported him missing when she said he never made it indoors.

She maintains she had no hand in Jayden’s death.
The State had previously revealed that they found evidence which links Meek to Jayden’s death at the home she shared with her son.
In the affidavit read into the record during her bail application last week, Tiffany’s lawyer, Novel Naidoo, made claims that she is being framed.
She said the incriminating evidence the State claims to have could not have been found in her apartment.
“On the 16th of May 2025, we were contacted by the police and informed that they were unable to gather forensics and evidence on the 14th of May 2025 and wanted access to the flats.
“The photographer was also present for the second time, and this was when the entire case took a turn, and I started to get framed for Jayden’s murder. I was informed that his school bag, uniform, blood-stained underwear, and bedsheets with his blood were found on the 16th of May 2025.”
The State plans to oppose bail.
