Minnie Dlamini sues MacG for R2.5 million over harmful comments! TV personality Minnie Dlamini has launched a R2.5 million lawsuit against podcaster MacGyver “MacG” Mukwevho and co-host Sol Phenduka, citing hate speech, harassment, and gender-based discrimination, according to Sunday World.

The case was filed in the Equality Court following remarks made on the Podcast and Chill show. During an episode, MacG made speculative comments about Dlamini’s personal life, implying her relationship issues might be linked to hygiene concerns — claims Dlamini called dehumanizing and damaging to her dignity.

Deputy Minister Mmapaseka Steve Letsike condemned the podcast’s remarks, labelling them gender-based violence and referring the case to human rights bodies for further action.

Dlamini has rejected MacG’s apology, insisting that true accountability can only come through the legal system.
