Reckless & negligent docket opened after N2 accident near Hornlee! Knysna Police opened a reckless and negligent driving docket after a pedestrian was hit along the N2 near the turn-off to Hornlee last Friday. The incident happened at about 19:45.
Chris Spies, police spokesperson for the Southern Cape, said in a statement that, according to reports, emergency services were summoned to the scene.

“On arrival they found a police vehicle and a woman who sustained serious leg injuries. She was taken to hospital for medical care and the victim was later transferred to a hospital in George. The police’s employee health and wellness (EHW) practitioners were assigned to the [police] member to provide professional care. He was on duty at the time of the incident,” read his statement.
