Gauteng: At 16h56 Monday afternoon, Netcare 911 responded to a call for assistance on Edwards Street in Vereeniging.
Reports indicate that a motorbike and car were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found that the motorcyclist had sustained serious injuries.
The patient was stabilised on scene by medics before being flown by Netcare 911 helicopter to the hospital for further care.
