Black Coffee raises R500,000 for Mthatha flood victims! Grammy-winning DJ Black Coffee has shown immense compassion following the deadly floods that struck Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, claiming 88 lives and displacing many.
Through his non-profit, The Black Coffee Foundation, he launched a donation drive to assist affected families.
Overwhelming Support
The foundation announced it had successfully raised R500,000, thanks to contributions from both individuals and prominent sponsors such as Nando’s, Hollywoodbets, Unilever, and Sompire.
In a statement of gratitude, the organisation said, “From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Your kindness helped us raise R500,000 for families affected by the floods in Mthatha. We couldn’t have done it without you.”
