The trial against rape-accused pastor Timothy Omotoso is set to resume on Wednesday morning. The Nigerian televangelist and his co-accused Zukiswa Sitho and Lusanda Solani are applying to be acquitted of the charges against them.
Judge Irma Schoeman will deliver judgment on this application in the Port Elizabeth High Court.
The trio is facing more than 90 charges related to s.e.xual offences and human trafficking.
