A decision on e-tolls might be made in November. Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula says a pronouncement on the issue should be expected when Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana delivers his medium-term budget policy.
Mbalula says government is looking at the options, and economic impact.
He has labelled statements suggesting that he said e-tolls would not be scrapped, as mischievous and malicious.
