The call comes after a three-year-old child went missing on Sunday in Tshepisong, Roodeport.

It is understood that the Roodeport Police Station officers informed the family that they had to wait 24 hours before reporting their child missing.
A passerby found Mojalefa Savhuli’s body in a local day, in the area, on Thursday.
Provincial police spokesperson Mavela Masondo said they have been made aware of the allegations against the police and will be investigating the officers involved.
“I must say that there’s no way to report a missing person. What is supposed to happen is that if a person is reported missing, the police are supposed to respond immediately and start with the search,” said Masondo.
