Singer and reality TV star Londie London, whose real name is Londie Zulu, is stepping into a more personal chapter of her life with the launch of her new reality series, Life With Londie London, which premiered on Mzansi Magic on Thursday, May 21.
After years of public scrutiny, headlines and speculation, Londie says she is finally ready to show viewers the real person behind the spotlight. Many fans first came to know her through The Real Housewives of Durban, but she explains that this new show offers a completely different and more intimate perspective on her life.
According to Londie, the timing of the series felt right because she is in a more grounded and reflective phase of her life.
“This felt like the right time because I am in a completely different space emotionally and mentally. I have grown a lot and I wanted people to see the rebuilding process, not just the perfect moments,” she said.
Described as a fly-on-the-wall reality series, Life With Londie London follows her journey as she balances motherhood, family responsibilities, business ventures and her music career while navigating a new personal chapter. The show aims to move beyond glamour and public perception, focusing instead on the everyday realities behind her public image.
Londie says viewers will see a side of her that has rarely been shared before, including her role as a mother, daughter and entrepreneur trying to hold everything together.
“This show is much more personal. It is not just about appearances or social circles. People will see me as a mother, a daughter and a businesswoman trying to keep everything together. There are vulnerable moments in the show that I have never shared publicly before,” she added.
The series marks a new direction for the star, offering audiences a deeper understanding of her journey as she rebuilds and redefines herself both personally and professionally.
