For years, Blac Chyna became known for her dramatic “Hollywood look”—defined by a sculpted face, exaggerated curves and cosmetic enhancements that reflected some of the biggest beauty trends of the 2010s.
Today, however, the model and entrepreneur, whose real name is Angela White, is embracing a very different chapter. Over the past few years, she has undergone a series of procedures to reverse many of her cosmetic enhancements, saying she wants to return to a more natural version of herself.
In a recent video shared online, White spoke candidly about the surgeries she has reversed, the complications she experienced and why she decided to change course.
Downsizing Her Breast Implants
White revealed that she has undergone multiple breast augmentation surgeries over the years, gradually increasing and later decreasing the size of her implants.
“My first set of boobs was 300cc. I went from 300 to 700cc, to 500, to 300, and now I’m at 100,” she explained.
She added that her current implants are approximately 120cc, explaining that complete removal was not an option because years of larger implants had stretched her skin.
“They need to put something so it’s not just empty space inside of there,” she said.
The process was not without challenges. Following two breast reduction procedures in 2023, she developed capsular contracture in her left breast—a condition in which scar tissue hardens around a breast implant, causing discomfort and sometimes requiring additional surgery.
Saying Goodbye to Fillers and Botox
White also revealed that she has dissolved the facial fillers she once used to create a more sculpted appearance.
Over the years, she had fillers placed in her cheeks, chin and jawline and regularly received Botox treatments, inspired by the facial features popularised by celebrities during that era.
“I also removed all of the fillers from out of my cheeks, the fillers in my chin, jawline… I don’t get any Botox, so now you know when I am mad at you,” she joked.
She said she now enjoys having more natural facial expressions, adding that she no longer wants to appear as though her face is frozen.
Warning Others About Illegal Silicone Injections
One of the most emotional parts of White’s story involved her decision to remove illegal silicone injections from her buttocks.
She clarified that, despite years of speculation, she never underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Instead, she received illegal silicone injections at the age of 19 while working as a dancer in Miami.
At the time, she said, she felt pressure to compete with others in the industry.
Years later, after giving birth to her daughter Dream, whom she shares with Rob Kardashian, she underwent liposuction to contour her abdomen. However, the silicone injections remained in her body.
Removing them proved far more complicated than expected.
According to White, what was initially expected to be a four-hour operation lasted more than eight hours because hardened silicone repeatedly clogged and damaged the surgeon’s equipment.
Doctors ultimately removed approximately 1,250cc of silicone, and she said she lost around 10 pounds (about 4.5 kilograms) from the procedure alone.
She has since urged others never to seek illegal cosmetic injections, warning that they can lead to serious health complications, permanent damage and even become life-threatening.
A Journey of Personal Transformation
White’s decision to reverse her cosmetic procedures forms part of a broader personal transformation that she has documented publicly over the past few years. In addition to removing many of her cosmetic enhancements, she has spoken about embracing a healthier lifestyle, strengthening her faith and focusing on personal growth.
