To date, eight suspects have been arrested in connection with the matter.
In Friday’s proceedings, the State is set to inform the court about its findings after the matter was postponed for further investigation in May.
A new suspect will make his first appearance alongside four co-accused, who have all been charged with two counts of kidnapping and murder.
It is unclear whether the other three suspects in the matter, charged with robbery and possession of stolen property, will make an appearance.
A memorial service was held for the couple earlier this week in Pretoria, after DNA testing confirmed their remains.
The couple went missing in February, and their remains were found in Rust de Winter in Limpopo in the first week of May.
